We are an approved West-System Osmosis Treatment Centre, and will carry out all repairs to the highest standard ensuring, you don't suffer in the future from repair failure.
Doesn't your boat deserve a bit of TLC when the cracks begin to show and osmosis creeps in?
What we do
To ensure the perfect job we use a gel-plane to peel your boat. We can then dry the hull with a hot vac. The hot vac is capable of finding lamination problems that could lead to further problems once the hull is re-epoxied.
Once peeled the hull is shot-blasted to remove lamination defects, and to provide a key for the first coating. The vessel is then hot-pressure washed a number of times, taken to the workshop and hot-vaced if required.
This first part of the process is designed to ensure that your hull is completely dried out. We won't continue with the process until your hull is totally free of moisture.
We then give you a new west-system epoxy membrane, the only epoxy system with a 5 year warranty available, and return to you fully anti-fouled with an international anti-foul in a colour of your choice, and ready for the water.
The work is carried out inside our custom built workshop by our fully trained and qualified staff.
A 5-year warranty is available on all work carried out.
Transport
We undertake work from all over the country, and our TLC all-in package includes the transportation both ways and hardstanding for the duration of the work, as well as the osmosis treatment itself.
Additional Services
We are also able to remove skin-fitting, apply a bi-axial. If required we can also apply a copper-coat on any newly treated vessel.
